LATEST WORK
My latest work is a series of creatures from Celtic folklore created for The Wool Project - a partnership with the Cape Breton Center for Craft & Design to connect local fiber artisans with local wool producers. The creatures include the Trow from Shetland and Orkney folklore, the Ghillie Dhu of Northwest Scotland, the Brownie tutelary spirits found in folklore throughout the UK, a water-based bogeyman called the Shelly Coat, the Selkie featured in many stories along Scotland's Northern coast, and the Marool from Shetland folklore.
